  • How do I place Subscription order through the App?
    For Cut Vegetables, once you purchase a subscription, you will be redirected to choose the items for your subscription. For subsequent orders, you will receive a notification to choose items for your next delivery. You can go to Pending Order and update it. For all other Subscriptions, once you purchase a Subscription, you would see the menu for that week and place your order.
  • Can I order more items than what’s included in my Subscription?
    Yes, you can add either through Add-On or you can place an order to Make to Order option. It will be delivered along with your Subscription order without any extra Delivery Charges.
  • Are there Delivery Charges?
    For subscriptions, there is no Delivery charge. For One Time Purchase, there is a 50 ₹ delivery charge.
  • How will I be notified in case any product I order is not available?
    You will be notified by a call from our Support team in case the product is not available. We will try our best to provide an appropriate replacement.
  • Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit Card to shop on the App?
    Yes, it is. All transactions on Kitchen Genie are completed via a secure payment gateway. We do not store your card details at any given time.
  • What is Order Delivery Timing?
    The delivery schedule is based on Pin code. For Cut Vegetables Subscriptions, the delivery is twice a week between 6 PM to 9 PM. For all other Subscriptions, there is everyday delivery between 6 PM to 9 PM. For Make To Order, the order is delivered next day between 6 PM to 9 PM.
  • What are the Delivery Areas?
    We are currently provide delivery across all Pune & PCMC areas.
  • How do I skip the order from my Subscription?
    For Cut Vegetables Subscription, you can go to your Pending Order and Select Cancel Order. Or you can contact us to skip the order. For other Subscriptions, you can go to your Pending Order and Choose Skip Order option. The order will be skipped and added at the end of your Subscription.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
